This ‘challenge activity’ will not be guiding you step by step through the CAD drawing process. Rather it is going to ask you to ‘draw’ on your ‘current’ knowledge and then expand this knowledge to model an real life object.
- Watch this video to gain an understanding of the ‘revolve tool’
- Obtain and determine how to use a digital caliper.
- Using your base knowledge of Fusion 360, a digital caliper, and your newly acquired understanding of the revolve tool, create an accurate model of a 1000 uF capacitor (provided)
- Once your model has been approved, create a scale drawing. Dimension the object. Save as PDF, then print the pdf file for submission.
